Minimum of 3 years work experience in technical customer support area, preferably in a corporate environment
" Knowledge of desktop operating systems including Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10
" Experience working with the MS Office suite & browser-based applications
" Experience with Active Directory
" Ability to do shift and weekend work
" Proven ability to solve complex issues
" Demonstrated ability to effectively manage routine and complex situations simultaneously, producing consistently high quality results.
" Ability to make clear decisions and deal with stressful situations
