A LTI Solution Architect must be a big picture thinker and in-depth problem solver, their Salesforce and integration knowledge and skills are both broad and deep.
Our Solution Architect take pride in designing systems that stand up to high volumes and won't fail at critical points. The solutions designed are built for the long-term and can take a company from one customer to one million customers seamlessly.
You have proven experience integrating systems via API's as well as a strong development background.

Responsibilities:
Design and deliver solutions for the Salesforce.com and Force.com platform and solutions outside of these platforms to meet business requirements
Be the customer advocate for every customer project you are assigned as the solution architect.
Contribute to every phase of the project lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and supporting
Lead projects through Client, design, development and delivery phases
Collaborate with other members of pre-sale team to build out approaches, proposals, presentations and SOW's.
Attend and participate in pre-sales events (conversations, presentations and demonstrations) at customer sites during the sales cycle.
Lead and participate in Salesforce.com practice building efforts for developing templates, processes, organizing and maintain assets.
Work with the pre-sales and delivery teams to advance customer's technical requirements and specific needs based on the solution design, customer needs and problems.
Be engaged in the development of fellow team members of the Salesforce.com practice.

Job Requirements:
Several years as a Salesforce Solutions Architect
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven leadership experience
Excellent understanding of Apex and Visualforce
Strong integration and data modeling capabilties
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
Salesforce Certified Developer
Salesforce Solution Architect Certification
Marketing, Sales and Service Cloud Consultant Certified (preferred)
Ability to travel Monday through Thursday for 75% of the time to various customer locations
Eligible to work in the United States
