Asst. Cashier (Cash Management)

Responsibilities:

Provide customer support related to a designated client base. Develop an understanding of client day-to-day needs and provide support relating to Cash Management products including: Online Banking, Lockbox, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay and ACH Origination.

Support the Implementation team with the onboarding of new clients and maintenance of current client base. Duties include opening accounts, proper management of client documentation, and communication with partner banks relating to new product implementations.


Interact with Relationship managers to support client base and respond to day to day issues.


Monitor internal payment processes, respond to and manage reconciliation issues. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.


Preparing, checking and confirming daily and monthly Operations system reports.


Utilize third party systems to answer client inquiries and monitor bank to bank transactions. Interact with third party processors to insure proper transaction posting, file transmissions, and totals.

Maintain Compliance standards. Understand basic BSA/AML, OFAC concepts and requirements.

Conduct risk management activities to document fraud and any related losses to the bank.

Document daily procedures and identify process improvements to streamline
Operations workflow.



Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in area of finance, accounting or related degree

3 years Cash Management/ Treasury experience

Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Ability to work an 11:00 AM to 7:00PM shift as necessary.

Financial Services Experience and working in the International Environment is an advantage
