· Working knowledge of Service Now core architecture and especially modules such as IT Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Asset Management, Knowledge).
· Experience in requirements gathering & analysis, solution design, development task management, quality assurance and release methodologies.
· Skill to effectively communicate, analyze, collaborate and solve problems with Service Now administrators/developers to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests. Ability to work directly with internal and external stakeholders.
· Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
· Expected experience level-10+ Yrs.
