1. Should have worked on Microsoft Technology stack
2. Experience in end to end implementation of projects using Microsoft technology
3. Extensive experience in maintenance and support activities
4. Knowledge of MS Dynamics or any ERP/CRM related implementation is advantage
5. Knowledge of global template implementation, rollout and support is advantage
6. Should have handled support and maintenance activities in different region like EMEA, ASIAP and AMERICA
7. Should have experience working with offshore team and managing team from different locations
8. Should take end to end responsibility of project activities
