Perform one or more of the job duties found in a larger corporate AP environment. Tasks could include but not limited to:
1. Verifying scanned images for completeness and making corrections as needed.
2. Scanning and indexing documents
3. Entering PO and Non-PO invoices into SAP
4. Communicating with employees having them complete invoice/PO "goods receipting"
5. Responding to vendors and employee inquires about the status of their invoice payments
6. Perform AP mailroom tasks
7. Other duties as defined
Applicant should have excellent data entry skills, be organized, self motivated and organized. Most of the defined duties require analytical skills do solve the required task. Good phone and written (email) communication skills, ability to follow very specific directions and attention to details and solid computer skills are a must.
High School Diploma or equivalent. 7-10 Years of Experience required
