Day to Day Work: Work on various customer service requests for new things needed by the customer. It ranges between implementing new hardware, installing software, configuring options on the computer and anything related to a PC Desktop. Will use ticketing system to manage tickets for the requests as well as other tools, including asset tracking to manage inventory. Also will be assigned to new projects that are for the local market that will include a wide variety of requests.
Installs/Moves/Adds/Changes/Disposals and other projects as needed.
Required Skills: Desktop skills. Imaging. Familiarity with ticketing systems, collaborating with other resolver teams and working in groups. Probably very similar to the items in the Client Field Engineer 3 role code which I attached.
