Position: Agile and Digital Transformation Leader
Location: New York, NY
Job Description
Key Advisor to the Chief Transformation Officer of a large Investment Bank. Will be advising the CTO on the transformation strategy across the enterprise which will include structuring the organization, prioritizing the initiatives in an objective manner, setting up measurable parameters for success. This role will also include helping the CTO socialize the ideas with the key stakeholders within the organization and identifying roadblocks/risks and providing suggestions on mitigating the same.

Skills and experience:

  • Delivery/Transformation leader with at least 18+ years of execution experience preferably with large size organizations
  • Experience in implementing large scale distributed agile with teams in different geos and time zones
  • Knowledge and experience of implementing Scaled Agile frameworks
  • Experience in setting up COE's, operating models for different needs
  • Strong technical knowledge with experience in leading automation and transformation initiatives
  • C Suite presentation capabilities and Executive presence
  • Change management experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with industry leading tools and technology stacks for implementing Agile, DevOps and other automation initiatives
Should have coding experience at some point of time in the career and NOT pure PMO or management experience
