Job Scope:
his roles is for an experienced Deskside support technician. All support will be onsite and Client facing
Excellent communication and customer service skills are required
Able to work with little leadership, is proactive and reliable
Experienced working in a corporate and team environment
Experienced working with high level and/or VIP level clients
Experienced with current Apple OS (Sierra or newer)
Experienced with Windows 7, Windows 10 and general Microsoft software (MS Office products)
Advanced Apple/MAC troubleshooting experience in professional environment
Very experienced with Windows support
Hardware break/fix of laptops/Desktops for both Apple and Windows platforms
Troubleshooting of software issues to maintain business continuity
Basic Printer support including network or personal connectivity and basic maintenance (toner or paper replacement)
New hardware upgrades; installs, moves, adds, changes and imaging in a laptop and desktop environment
Optimizing hardware/software/networking products and configurations as scripted ensuring customer satisfaction
Experience with using JAMF and SCCM a plus
Experience with mobile support a plus (Android/Apple)
