Serve as the primary contact for Fiduciary and Beneficiary inquiries through constant verbal and written communication with Wealth Management employees; provide general guidance on the FID and BENE systems; review and process fiduciary submissions; perform quality assurance on historic fiduciary submissions and maintain designated manager assignments.

Collaborate with WM EIAC team and business partners to update current content on 3DR marketing page to ensure resources are in line with current policy and procedures; create and publish new content; schedule proactive training sessions for employees in the Field and Home Office; and socialize the 3DR marketing page to various business partners.
