JD for Hybris Business Analyst

  • Lead the Hybris Project team at onsite and offshore
  • Play Hybris Architect/Lead developer role
  • Work with client team and understand the project requirements and get it delivered
  • Develop the solution with a Technical spec based on the approved functional spec
  • Unit testing, Integration testing and get approval from client team
  • Prepare training documents and support training
  • Defects fixing and continuous support
  • Design and Configuration of B2C scenarios
  • Impex, Solr search, Cockpit and BackOffice
  • Ability to test end to end processes in Hybris
  • Design and Configure product catalogue, attributes, business units, promotions, order management,

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
  • 9 to 10 years of functional experience in B2C and B2B Commerce platform
  • 6 to 7 yrs. of experience on Hybris platform in a hands on functional capacity
  • Experience in leading and managing requirement gathering workshops with SME from business
  • Experience defining and designing the B2C functional architecture, writing business blueprint document in a multi-site and multi country set-up
  • Sound Experience in the Analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Integration of multi-tier and enterprise level software applications.
  • Experience integrating Hybris with multiple third party solutions Payments, 3PL, SAP ECC, SFDC
  • Experienced in leading Hybris implementations for multi country and language roll-out
  • Specific Hybris experience with: Product Content Management, Web content management, Search and Browse, Cart, Checkout, Order orchestration and promotions
  • Travel: Need at the client site. Person may need to travel to Japan for 1-2 weeks (may be after March)
  • Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
