Responsible for managing general ledger account creation. Acts as the gatekeeper to source systems and data associated with the customer hierarchy to ensure proper reporting and management of the data throughout *** systems. Assists in various projects involving data audits for the financial data governance team. Prioritizes and completes tasks independently with attention to detail. Create audits and reports for the team to utilize, participate in clean up and resolution of audit items. Takes general direction on large projects and problem statements, needs support in identifying stakeholders, working with IT and the PTT process, and building impact timelines. Resolve complex tickets submitted to the shared inbox. Troubleshoot complex integration issues regarding customer data across various platforms. Work with global stakeholders to identify data quality issues. Support complex research regarding hierarchy relationships between billing accounts, customer accounts and ultimate customer accounts (especially supporting GAM). Maintain hierarchy rollups for general ledger segments and assists with the creation of new general ledger segment values. Maintain and improve the vendor hierarchy. Document and enhance all processes for customer hierarchy team.








Salesforce.com validations, reporting and dashboards. BS degree or equivalent education and relevant experience. 3+ years related experience required. High degree of technical aptitude and certification.
