The seasonal team members would work on an as-needed basis. Since these team members are seasonal, we would have them complete the following functions. These functions have a shorter on-boarding period in comparison to a "normal” team member.
• Greeter Desk
• Scheduling (Walk-in, PODs, etc.)
• Insurance Verification
• Make Ready Packets
• Answering Phones
The position could result in a full-time position at one of our locations (it may not be at the location the PAR is at during this temporary assignment, and offer will depend on performance and ability to work needed schedule).
