Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding administrative support to the individuals and teams above including managing multiple calendars, arranging, scheduling and confirming meetings and answering phones
Utilize HR applications and systems to assist teams in completion of work
Assist with projects and special assignments as needed
Partner with the HR administrative support team in supporting Group-wide administrative needs such as mail distribution, supply ordering and coverage
Provide excellent customer service by being positive, responsive, proactive, a strong problem solver and a team player
Prepare and proofread a variety of correspondence, memoranda, reports, and briefing materials, many of a confidential nature
Coordinate travel arrangements and preparation of expense vouchers
Exercise care and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive materials and issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and three to five years of executive administrative experience. HR experience a plus
Ability to work independently, to solve problems, handle multiple assignments concurrently, prioritize work assignments and perform with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent administrative and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle basic analytical work
Intellectual curiosity and interest in the business of Human Resources Excellent Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel skills
Experience with scheduling meetings and conferences and managing electronic calendars
Ability to work with all levels of management and staff and to work positively and collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to handle highly confidential matters discretely
