Notes from the Hiring Manager
Message: Act as liaison between client business areas and Human Resource Talent Acquisition Recruiters to coordinate and schedule complex interview schedules in a timely and prioritized manner within a sensitive and demanding environment · Communicate interview details to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all required information is accurate and updated (distribution/collection of feedback forms, resumes, detailed directions, interview logistics, required documents, escorting, etc.)

As a Recruitment Coordinator you will:
· Act as liaison between client business areas and Human Resource Talent Acquisition Recruiters to coordinate and schedule complex interview schedules in a timely and prioritized manner within a sensitive and demanding environment
· Communicate interview details to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all required information is accurate and updated (distribution/collection of feedback forms, resumes, detailed directions, interview logistics, required documents, escorting, etc.)
· Assist with event planning, including reservations, rsvp tracking, and event communication with targeted audience
· Assist recruiters with Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) requirements and inputs
· Provide superior business client service to candidates and hiring managers to ensure a successful interview and visit experience
· Assist Talent Acquisition team in preparing offer documents, perform Taleo applicant tracking updates for onboarding and other administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process
· Provide additional administrative support as needed

Recruitment Coordinators will posses:
· Bachelor's degree
· Experience utilizing Outlook or similar software/suite or solutions for scheduling meetings and appointments
· Demonstrated success in providing high levels of customer service to all internal and external customers, clients and exceeding expectations set
· Excellent project management skills including a proven ability to manage event or interview logistics
· Impeccable organizational and project management skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail
· Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when working with sensitive information
· Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, extensive experience with web-based tools and the internet
