  • JDE system administrator able to handle implementation & release upgrades
  • Addition of new JDE servers to existing landscape
  • With leadership from Buyer perform TLM/ALM Activities as required, example install tool releases, upgrade WebLogic Servers, addition of servers into existing landscape etc.
  • Identifying the repeatedly occurring issues, creation of problem tickets, root cause analysis and resolution of the problem.
  • ESU Install - impact analysis, install ESU to pristine, DV, post install special instructions.
  • Vendor management
  • Coordination with teams on ongoing projects.
  • Provide information/ participate in System audit.
  • Disaster Recovery ("DR”) exercise.
  • Internal and customer meetings.
  • Review and update of SOP and process documentation.
  • Be the initial liaison to Users.
  • Package Management - Production/non-production update package. Full packages, table/ Index generation, Citrix JDE Package deployments, Serialized objects generation and any other required functions to promote/build/deploy code for JDE and Bolton's for all environments.
  • Housekeeping activities, system health check/monitoring - monitor server manager alerts, job queue & waiting jobs, database failed logins, JDE disabled ids, database backups, file System/job cleanups as per customer retention policy.
  • Job scheduling - configure new scheduled jobs, start/stop scheduler as required.
  • Periodic System maintenance and service bounce.
  • Carry out daily, weekly and other regular reporting activities as defined in the SOPs.
